Job summary

Equinor ASA in Poland invites a Maintenance Planning Specialist to coordinate lifecycle operations and maintenance planning for offshore facilities. You will lead short- and medium-term planning, optimize resources, ensure regulatory compliance, and support knowledge management within the maintenance organization, contributing to zero-harm safety and efficient uptime.

The role requires 3+ years in operations/maintenance planning, familiarity with offshore logistics, and experience with CMMS/ERP

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field.
3+ years in operations/maintenance planning, logistics and resource management.
Familiarity with offshore logistics and vessel planning.
Experience with safe work methods and RAMS/Permit-to-Work.
Proficient with CMMS/ERP systems like SAP, Maximo or IFS.
Strong IT skills for planning, scheduling and reporting.

Responsibilities

Support development of long‑term operational plans with Maintenance Engineering Leads.
Optimize allocation of resources for maintenance activities to improve cost-effectiveness.
Lead short- and medium-term planning and coordination of works, including control of work and planning plant availability.
Ensure offshore activities comply with regulations and maintain records for compliance.
Coordinate major shutdowns and turnarounds with cross-functional teams to minimize downtime.
Maintain documentation and knowledge management for maintenance activities.
Provide support to maintenance teams and promote professional development.
