Job summary

Equinor Poland is seeking a dedicated Operations/Maintenance Planner to oversee lifecycle maintenance for offshore assets. The role focuses on planning, scheduling, and coordinating activities, optimizing resources, and ensuring safe work practices in line with RAMS and CMMS/ERP systems.

You will develop long-term plans with Maintenance Engineering leads, coordinate major shutdowns, and contribute to a knowledge management system while promoting safety and continuous improvement across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of experience in operations/maintenance planning/logistics and resource management/coordination (Vessels, transport, spare parts, tools, human resource).
• Familiarity with offshore logistics (weather windows, vessel manifesting, access restrictions, marine coordination).
• Experience in dealing with safe execution of work (Work release/Permit-to-work systems), RAMS methodology.
• Good understanding of CMMS / ERP platforms (SAP, Maximo, IFS).
• Strong IT skills (planning/scheduling & reporting tools).
• Polish and English at professional working level, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Support in developing long-term operational plans with Maintenance Engineering Leads, considering asset lifecycle, risk, and business objectives.
• Optimize allocation of resources (personnel, tools, materials) for maintenance activities for cost-effectiveness.
• Lead short- and medium-term planning and coordination of works, including control of work system, manifests, plant availability, and stakeholder coordination.
• Ensure offshore activities comply with regulations and maintain comprehensive compliance records.
• Coordinate planning and execution of major shutdowns and turnarounds with cross-functional teams to minimize downtime.
• Maintain documentation and knowledge management for maintenance activities (WO, equipment records, procedures, lessons learned).
• Provide support to maintenance teams, promoting safety, collaboration, and professional development.
