Job summary

Baltic Power is leading Poland’s first offshore wind project, delivering safe, reliable power from the Baltic Sea. We seek an Operations Coordinator to support the O&M organization, acting as a bridge between Site Operations, Contractors, Asset Management and Corporate Functions.

The role ensures governance, timely reporting, contract support and action follow‑ups. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in operations coordination within energy or offshore sectors, fluent Polish and English, and strong

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in operations coordination, project support, contract administration or a similar role within the industrial, energy or offshore sector.
• Strong organisational, stakeholder management and reporting skills, with experience working across Operations, Finance, Procurement and contractor organisations.
• Fluent Polish and English, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and business management systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interfaces between Site Operations, Asset Management and Corporate Functions.
• Support operational budget tracking and cost control.
• Coordinate collection and consolidation of operational data and contractor inputs for reporting.
• Support implementation and follow‑up of operational improvement initiatives.
• Maintain operational processes and ensure timely preparation of reporting inputs.
• Coordinate short‑term operational planning and activities.
