Job summary

Equinor is seeking an offshore Maintenance Planner to lead long- and medium-term planning, coordinating maintenance activities across facilities and vessels to minimize downtime while ensuring safety and compliance. You will manage work orders, manifests, and plant availability, collaborating with Maintenance Engineering Leads and operations teams.

The role requires 3+ years in operations/maintenance planning, familiarity with offshore logistics, RAMS, and CMMS/ERP tools (SAP/Maximo/IFS), plus

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of experience in operations/maintenance planning/logistics and resource management.
• Familiarity with offshore logistics.
• Experience in safe execution of work and RAMS.
• Good understanding of CMMS/ERP platforms (SAP/Maximo/IFS).
• Strong IT skills and general IT literacy.
• Professional working level of Polish and English.

Responsibilities

• Develop long-term operational plans in collaboration with Maintenance Engineering Leads, considering asset lifecycle, risk, and business goals.
• Optimize allocation of resources (personnel, tools, materials) for maintenance for cost-effectiveness.
• Lead short- and medium-term planning and coordination of works; manage control of work system and planning of plant availability.
• Ensure offshore activities comply with regulations and maintain records for compliance.
• Coordinate major shutdowns and turnarounds with cross-functional teams to minimize downtime.
• Maintain documentation and knowledge management for maintenance activities; drive continuous improvement.
• Support maintenance teams and promote professional development within the organization.
