Zusammenfassung

GlaxoSmithKline is seeking an Order To Cash North America Vaccines Regional Operational Lead to drive end-to-end O2C operations, oversee regional teams and partner with LOC Finance, Customer Services, Treasury, and C&C to ensure financial controls and service levels are met.

The role requires extensive SAP O2C experience, strong KPI achievement and leadership in a multi-location, matrix environment, with focus on continuous improvement and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifikationen

• 15+ years experience in end-to-end O2C operations including Credit Management, Collections, Disputes and Cash Application.
• Hands-on SAP O2C experience including FSCM Disputes, Credit Management, Collections and Cash Application modules.

Aufgaben

• Oversee day-to-day end-to-end O2C operations for assigned region, ensuring service levels and SOP/LSOP compliance.
• Lead and develop the O2C team and coordinate with LOC Finance, C&C, Tech and external partners.
• Drive KPIs, perform root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to improve cash flow and customer experience.
