Job summary

ACCA Careers is seeking an Order To Cash North America Vaccines Regional Operational Lead based in Poznań, Poland. You will oversee end-to-end O2C operations, drive KPIs, and manage a regional team and a BPO partner to ensure service continuity and strong cash flow.

You will lead process improvements, ensure compliance with global standards, and partner with LOC Finance, Customer Services and Treasury to optimise operational performance and risk management.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related discipline.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret O2C operational and financial data.
• Excellent communication skills for senior stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple markets/regions in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day O2C operations delivery and performance for assigned region/markets.
• Ensure service levels and KPIs are met by leading hub teams and coordinating with LOC Finance.
• Monitor and drive performance, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Lead, coach and develop the O2C team and ensure coverage and workload balance.
• Ensure adherence to SOP/LSOP, internal controls and audit readiness.
• Implement changes defined by GPO and FRMC, including SAP O2C functionalities.
• Manage operational issues across O2C towers and coordinate with stakeholders.
