ACCA Careers is seeking an experienced P2P and O2C Subject Matter Expert to work with the Service Delivery Lead and Operational Lead on P2P/O2C processes and KPI management for Americas markets. The role includes collaboration with a remote GSK Operations Team (BPO) to resolve issues efficiently.

The role requires SAP/S4Hana expertise, strong stakeholder engagement, and the ability to monitor and improve end-to-end P2P/O2C processes in a global shared services setting.

Qualificações

• 6+ years in P2P and O2C activities.
• Bachelor degree in Accounting or related; professional qualification is an advantage.
• ERP / SAP / S4Hana proficiency is an added advantage.
• Experience in tax stakeholder management for Americas markets is an advantage.
• Proven experience in P2P and O2C activities and working with a BPO.
• Proficiency in Microsoft skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint; Power BI).

Responsabilidades

• Deliver and drive improvements on KPIs / SLAs for Americas Markets and Clusters; set plans and timelines.
• Analyze P2P / O2C KPIs; ensure action plans are in place to improve targets.
• Act as SME for Finance teams; support issue resolution with GSK Operations Team (BPO).
• Support audits, SOX, and compliance reviews; document actions and RCA/CAPA as needed.
• Drive global and local projects; provide insights and guidance for successful implementation.
• Promote continuous improvement across P2P and O2C activities to improve productivity and quality.
