Job summary

MKS Instruments in Poznań seeks an O2C Manager to lead the Accounts Receivable and Credit Management service delivery team within our BSC. You will partner with Corporate Finance and key stakeholders and report to the Head of the Competence Center.

We are looking for a leader with strong communication, ownership, and process-improvement skills, capable of guiding a cross-functional, international team toward efficient service delivery and continuous enhancement of AR and Credit Management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience including team management.
• Good knowledge of SAP, preferably SAP FSCM.
• Knowledge of Oracle would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Managing a growing Accounts Receivable and Credit Management service delivery team of approximately 10 employees.
• Designing, developing, improving, and automating processes within your area of responsibility.
• Supporting the growth of the team and transition of new processes into its scope.
• Building strong collaboration within the team and with other Finance teams and stakeholders.
• Promoting ownership, accountability, and engagement across the team.
• Ensuring effective service delivery in Accounts Receivable and Credit Management.
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and quality.
