Job summary

Randstad Polska Sp. z o.o. is seeking a Credit Team Leader to supervise credit and collections across regional and international operations, balancing risk with growth while building strong relationships with stakeholders.

You will lead, mentor and develop a team of specialists, ensure compliance with credit policies, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with supply chain, sales and finance to optimize processes in a global Shared Services Center.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in a supervisory/management role in finance/credit operations.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive credit management in a commercial/B2B environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee credit approval and collection activities.
• Lead and develop a team of credit & collection specialists.
• Monitor customer credit risk and propose exposure limits.
• Prepare monthly accounts, aging reports, and performance summaries for senior stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with credit policies and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align credit strategies with CRM goals.
