TE Connectivity Corporation in Kraków is seeking an O2C Senior Accountant (f/m/d) to act as a subject matter expert for order-to-cash processes. You will manage credit issues, evaluate limits, and collaborate with clients to resolve delinquencies, while mentoring junior analysts.

Responsibilities include leading improvements, ensuring policy compliance, and monitoring KPIs to boost performance. Fluency in English is required; SAP and MS Excel are used daily.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• Experience in financial and accounting roles within a shared services structure.
• English proficiency, both written and spoken (B2+).

Responsabilités

• Serve as Subject Matter Expert for O2C processes and support migration initiatives to Kraków.
• Manage credit issues and disputes, ensuring timely resolution with stakeholders.
• Evaluate customer credit limits, provide recommendations, and oversee blocking decisions.
• Partner with corporate clients to review balances and manage overdue payments.
• Recommend bad debt reserves in line with policies.
• Mentor junior analysts and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and controls; monitor KPIs.
