Job summary

MKS Instruments, Inc. is seeking an O2C Manager for its BSC, reporting to the Head of the Competence Center. You will lead a growing AR and Credit Management team and collaborate with Corporate Finance and key stakeholders to design, improve, and automate processes.

The role emphasizes ownership, engagement, and high-quality service delivery across Accounts Receivable and Credit Management, with cross-functional and international teamwork at its core.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience, including team management.
• Good knowledge of SAP FSCM; Oracle is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to cooperate with cross-functional and international teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage a growing AR and Credit Management service delivery team of approximately 10 employees.
• Design, develop, improve, and automate processes within your area of responsibility.
• Support growth of the team and transition of new processes into its scope.
• Build strong collaboration within the team and with other Finance teams and business stakeholders.
• Promote ownership, accountability, and engagement across the team.
• Ensure effective service delivery in Accounts Receivable and Credit Management.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and quality.
