Job summary

Customs Support Group, based in Warsaw, Poland, is seeking a Customs Declarant for Norway to join our international operations team. You will handle import and export declarations for shipments to and from Norway, support transit procedures, and assist with bonded warehouse activities.

The role is permanent, full-time, with hours 07:00–18:00, Monday to Friday. You will collaborate with suppliers, carriers and internal teams to ensure accurate declarations and compliant, smooth cross-border trade.

Qualifications

• Relevant professional experience in customs, logistics or international trade.
• Knowledge of current customs laws and procedures for import/export.
• Experience with customs declarations and goods classification.
• Strong MS Office and customs software skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process customs declarations for import and export shipments to and from Norway.
• Handle transit procedures and maintain bonded warehouse records.
• Register, review and perform quality assurance checks on customs and trade documentation.
• Ensure compliance with import/export laws and regulations.
• Provide guidance on documentation requirements for border crossings.
• Cooperate with suppliers, carriers, recipients and internal teams to ensure efficient customs clearance.
• Identify and resolve issues related to customs documentation and clearance procedures.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy, compliance and service quality.
