Penumbra, Inc. is seeking an Order Management/Customer Service professional to own the end-to-end order experience for the UK and Ireland markets. You will manage order entry, changes, returns, and credits, and work with Sales, Logistics, and Finance to keep orders moving on time.

Fluent English is essential; additional European languages are a plus. Experience with SAP/ERP systems and a customer-centric mindset will help you thrive in a regulated MedTech environment.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent English (C1+) is required; additional European languages are valued.
• Experience in Customer Service or Order Management within a product-focused environment.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is preferred.
• Strong ownership, analytical mindset, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience in regulated healthcare environments is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Take ownership of end-to-end order management for the UK and Ireland, including order entry, changes, returns, complaints, and credits.
• Be the trusted point of contact for customers, providing clear information on orders, deliveries, and status.
• Collaborate with Sales, Logistics, Finance and internal teams to resolve issues and keep orders moving.
• Monitor orders, reports, and KPIs; identify issues, correct errors, and follow up on actions.
• Manage day-to-day order-to-cash activities in SAP ERP in line with quality standards.
• Contribute ideas to improve processes and customer experience.
• Support onboarding of new colleagues and share knowledge within the team.
