Job summary

BYD Europe is seeking a Service Digitalization Specialist focused on NEV aftersales. You will implement and optimize key systems such as DMS, SAP, WMS and OMS to support front-line teams and dealers in digital transformation, improving customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

You will gather requirements, design solutions, and lead data reporting initiatives while training staff and dealers on new digital tools and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
• Working language is Polish and English; Fluent Mandarin is a plus.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in system support, software development, or digital transformation.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C#) and experience with system integration, SQL, and data analysis.
• Familiarity with REST API, SOAP, and interface development.
• Strong project management and cross-department collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication with business, tech teams and external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and design system solutions for after-sales.
• Implement and integrate DMS, SAP, WMS, OMS and related systems.
• Develop data reporting and improve after-sales service visibility.
• Provide training and create user manuals for staff and dealers.
• Stay updated on NEV industry tech trends and propose innovative solutions.
