Job summary

HEINEKEN Kraków, part of Heineken Business Services Poland, is hiring a Recruitment & Onboarding Specialist fluent in English and Croatian/Serbian/Slovenian to manage onboarding and related workflows. You will handle pre-employment checks, offers, and contract creation while ensuring data accuracy.

In this role, you will use SAP SuccessFactors and other tools, collaborate with OpCo/CoE stakeholders, and uphold compliance and SLAs in a multinational shared services setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant recruitment and onboarding experience.
• Multilingual communication capability – English and Croatian/Serbian or/and Slovenian.
• Knowledge of recruitment & onboarding processes, including pre-employment checks, contracting, onboarding and enabling technologies.

Responsibilities

• Resolve complex Tier 2 recruitment and onboarding requests and tickets.
• Redirect or escalate cases to CoEs or OpCos when needed.
• Monitor SLAs and escalate breaches.
• Ensure privacy, compliance, first-time-right and four-eye checks.
• Manage pre-employment checks and prepare offers; create contracts for all roles.
• Track onboarding activities and documentation; update recruitment data and status.
• Use analytics tools to track recruitment metrics and propose improvements.
