Job summary

HEINEKEN Kraków (Heineken Business Services Poland) is seeking a People Operations Administrator to manage Tier 1 HR support and triage requests. You will handle binding SLAs, privacy standards, and process improvements while coordinating with recruiters and cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes multilingual communication, cooperation with the Service Excellence team, and use of SAP SuccessFactors and other digital tools to streamline tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources or related field.
• Up to 2 years in service management, HR operations or related roles.
• Multilingual communication ability in English and Romanian or Bulgarian.

Responsibilities

• Receive, manage and triage Tier 1 requests, tickets and cases.
• Provide scripted responses for basic PF queries (performance, rewards, absence, learning).
• Create, review and manage documents and approvals; coordinate with Tier 2 or self-service.
• Monitor SLAs and escalate breaches; ensure privacy/compliance.
