Job summary

TELUS Digital Bulgaria is seeking a passionate player support specialist to join our Sofia-based team. You will assist players via tickets and chat, delivering a high-quality experience and collaborating with colleagues to resolve issues quickly.

Relocation support is provided, including a €1,200 relocation bonus, up to 30 days of company-provided accommodation, a plane ticket, airport taxi, and comprehensive training. Fluency in Hungarian and English is required, and gaming experience is a plus.

• Fluency in Hungarian and good command of English.
• Empathy for players and understanding a player's perspective when tackling their issue is required
• Understanding of Player Support
• Gaming experience is an advantage
• Desire to help the players and contribute to the team's success

Responsibilities

• Help out our players with issues via tickets and chat
• Provide the best player experience with a player-oriented approach
• Identify trending issues and bugs and communicate them to the appropriate teams
• Work with a passionate team of gamers to deliver a player-to-player feel
