Job summary

Jacobs is expanding its Global Design Center in Kraków and seeks an experienced Document Publisher to create technical reports, proposals and marketing materials in MS Office tools. You will collaborate with production teams to deliver both electronic and print outputs, ensuring quality and consistency across languages (German/Swedish/Danish) and English.

Qualifications

Master’s or bachelor’s degree in English Philology or similar field required.
Master’s or bachelor’s degree in German and/or Swedish and/or Danish studies or similar field.
Excellent language skills in English and Polish.
Advanced proficiency in desktop publishing software.

Responsibilities

Providing publishing technical support using MS Office Suite, tools, guidelines and templates.
Collaborating with production team on electronic and print outputs of varying size and complexity.
Completing routine technical tasks and following direction from a lead.
Performing quality control to meet project quality, objectives and deadlines.
Organizing material and ensuring writing standards regarding order, clarity, conciseness, style, and terminology.
Reviewing published materials and suggesting revisions or changes in scope, format, content, and methods of reproduction and binding.
