Job summary

Jacobs Engineering Group in Kraków is seeking a seasoned Document Control Specialist to join our Global Design Center. You will establish and maintain robust document control processes for international projects, ensuring compliance with client and internal standards.

You will collaborate with project teams, support CDE users, generate transmittals, and help prepare audit documentation, with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and proactive problem-solving. Hybrid work options available.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in document control or a similar role.
• Experience in project or technical environments is an asset.
• Understanding the principles of Document Control, Document Management and Data Management.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
• Willingness to travel for business.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement document control procedures and new project set-up.
• Follow enterprise or business group document control procedures.
• Control documentation and ensure adherence to processes.
• Generate transmittals, cover letters, issue documents to clients and contractors, maintain registers.
• Cooperate with Client/Contractor Document Control teams and adjust quality processes to project needs.
• Organize training for project teams and support CDE users.
• Prepare reports and assist with HS&E and quality audit documentation.
• Support project close-out.
