Job summary

Jacobs Kraków Global Design Center is seeking a talented Document Publisher to co-create sales and communication materials with regional and global reach. The role involves publishing support using MS Office, producing electronic and print materials, and ensuring quality and deadlines within a collaborative production team.

Travel may be required; hybrid work model offered. You will work with English and Polish language content, edit and translate materials, and contribute to various

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in English Philology or similar field.
• Master's or Bachelor's degree in German and/or Swedish and/or Danish studies or similar field.
• Excellent language skills (English and Polish).
• Prior experience in document editing/translation.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Providing publishing technical support using MS Office Suite, applicable tools, guidelines and templates.
• Producing electronic and print copies of reports and proposals to marketing materials.
• Completing routine technical tasks and following lead directions.
• Performing quality control checks to meet project quality, objectives and deadlines.
• Organizing material and writing according to standards of order, clarity, conciseness, style, and terminology.
• Reviewing published materials and recommending revisions or changes in scope, format, content, and methods of reproduction and binding.
