Job summary

TD SYNNEX Poland is seeking a highly capable architect with cross-vendor experience to design complex technology solutions for end customers and partners. You will collaborate with sales, vendors and resellers to deliver tailored offerings and manage multi-vendor projects end-to-end.

You will work on keeping technical accreditation, supporting sales enablement, and maintaining strong customer relationships, while staying ahead in a fast-evolving tech landscape.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering multi-technology solutions with partners and end users.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office tools.
• Knowledge of SAP R3, Compass and Business Warehouse is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Define multi-technology solutions to meet customer needs with end users and resellers.
• Manage internal and external resources to deliver complex, multi-vendor solutions.
• Support sales teams with technical quotes aligned to defined SLAs.
• Develop and manage customer relationships.
• Co-own and project manage the technical elements of sales opportunities to successful closure.
• Conduct customer site visits (reseller and end user).
• Deliver sales and technical enablement training where applicable.
• Respond to queries or customer care issues promptly.
• Communicate product and technology information to relevant audiences.
• Deal with daily product/solution enquiries from internal/external sales and resellers.
• Utilise the Business Solution Centre (BSC) to support sales activity.
• Maintain technical accreditation and expand industry knowledge.
