Job summary

OPmobility seeks an experienced leader to drive innovation and product development projects from concept to production readiness. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, Industrialization, Purchasing, and Quality to ensure timely delivery in a fast-paced, international setting.

The role requires a degree in engineering, 10+ years in R&D or project management, strong planning and stakeholder management, and willingness to travel 20-30%.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• 10+ years of experience in R&D, Product Development, Engineering, or Project Management.
• Proven experience leading complex technical projects and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage priorities, timelines, budgets, and risks.
• Good understanding of product development, manufacturing processes, and automotive technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead innovation and product development projects from concept to production readiness.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Industrialization, Purchasing, and Quality, to ensure successful project delivery.
• Drive project planning, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions when needed.
• Support the development and deployment of new technologies and products aligned with the company innovation roadmap.
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to ensure project objectives are achieved.
• Benchmarking competitors, industry trends, and regulatory requirements to support continuous improvement and ensure compliance.
• Present project status, key milestones, and recommendations to management.
• Support business development activities by providing technical expertise and market insights.
