Job summary

Motorola Solutions' Silvus Technologies division is seeking a Customer Operations Manager to join an international team. You will act as the primary post-sales liaison between key customers and Silvus manufacturing and related departments, coordinating purchase orders, production schedules, and delivery to fit the customer’s long‑term production roadmap.

The role requires 5+ years in post-sales, account management, or technical project management, a technical degree, and excellent English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain, or related field.
• 5+ years in post-sales, account management, or technical project management.
• Excellent English communication, both written and oral.
• Ability to analyze production schedules and demand vs. supply.
• Experience with defense/aerospace/robotics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary post-sales operational liaison between customers and Silvus manufacturing and internal teams.
• Manage purchase orders, production schedules, and delivery coordination to meet commitments.
• Lead customer relationship management and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
• Coordinate demand planning and forecast integration with customer demand planners.
• Identify and escalate technical hurdles with Engineering and manage defect/shipping delay resolutions.
• Monitor lifecycle and communicate End-of-Life notices; transition customers to new components.
• Act as voice of the customer to influence product development.
• Manage Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process for replacements.
• Navigate country-specific logistics and contractual complexities.
