We are looking for a proactive and service-minded IT professional who enjoys taking ownership and solving problems. You have a strong interest in cloud technologies and digital workplace solutions and are motivated by improving user experiences while maintaining high standards of security and operational quality.
You are structured, analytic, and comfortable working independently while collaborating with teams across countries and functions.
Within your first 6–12 months, you will have become a trusted expert for Microsoft 365 services across the organisation. You will confidently manage operational activities, resolve incidents effectively, and contribute to improving the quality and reliability of workplace services.
Success will be measured by your ability to take ownership of key responsibilities, reduce dependency on existing team members through documentation and knowledge sharing, and actively support the standardisation and continuous improvement of Microsoft 365 operations across our sites.
You will join a skilled and collaborative Global Infrastructure team that supports colleagues across Europe and the US. We combine technical expertise with a strong service mindset and work closely together to ensure reliable, secure, and scalable infrastructure services.
The team values ownership, teamwork, continuous learning, and practical problem-solving.
You'll report to Dominik Bronowicki, Infrastructure Manager, who values trust, ownership, and open communication. Dominik believes people do their best work when they are empowered to take initiative, make decisions, and learn from experience, while knowing that support is always close at hand.

Please note that this is not a fully remote role.
