Job summary

FRISTA in Warsaw seeks an experienced Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer to join our IT team. You will work across enterprise infrastructure, Microsoft cloud technologies, networking and cybersecurity to maintain and improve our IT environment.

Responsibilities include administering network, server and cloud infrastructure, monitoring performance, and ensuring reliable, secure production environments. A hybrid Warsaw role with growth opportunities and modern tech stack.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Systems Administration or Cloud Operations.
• Very good command of English (C1).

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain network, server and cloud infrastructure.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot and resolve incidents.
• Implement infrastructure improvements and ensure system reliability.
• Support backup, disaster recovery and business continuity activities.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Azure, Exchange Online, Entra ID and Intune.
• Manage user identities, cloud resources and endpoint services.
• Ensure the secure and reliable operation of Microsoft cloud technologies.
• Manage firewalls, VPN connectivity and infrastructure security.
• Support ISO 27001 compliance and security best practices.
• Maintain technical documentation and coordinate with external technology partners.
• Support business-critical applications, SQL-based systems and telephony services.
• Ensure the availability and reliability of production environments.

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer to join our IT team in Warsaw.

This is a hands-on role for an engineer who enjoys working across enterprise infrastructure, Microsoft cloud technologies, networking and cybersecurity. You will play a key role in maintaining and continuously improving our IT environment, ensuring reliable, secure and high-performing technology services that support our business.

Your Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain network, server and cloud infrastructure.

Our Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Systems Administration or Cloud Operations.
• Practical experience with Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure.
• Good knowledge of Windows Server, networking, VPNs and firewall administration.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership.
• Very good command of English (C1).

Nice to Have:

• Microsoft or Cisco certifications.
• Experience with SQL Server administration.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune and Entra ID.
• ITIL Foundation or ISO 27001 experience.
