Job summary
Faerch is seeking a Microsoft 365 Specialist to ensure the stability, security, and ongoing improvement of the Microsoft 365 environment across our global organisation. You will support Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and related workplace solutions to empower collaboration for colleagues worldwide.
You will work closely with the Global Infrastructure team and local IT teams, delivering technical expertise, troubleshooting complex issues, and driving operational excellence
Qualifications
- Experience administering Microsoft 365 in an enterprise environment.
- Knowledge of Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams and identity management.
- Understanding of cloud-based workplace services, security principles, and IT service management practices.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly in English.
- Microsoft certifications are beneficial but not required.
Responsibilities
- Administer and support Microsoft 365 services, including Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams.
- Manage user lifecycle processes, identity and access management, and security configurations.
- Troubleshoot incidents, investigate root causes, and ensure timely resolution of service requests.
- Maintain documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge-sharing materials.
- Identify opportunities for improvement, standardisation, and optimisation across the Microsoft 365 platform.
