Job summary

Arla Foods is seeking an experienced IT professional to join the End User Devices – Microsoft 365 Product Team as a Microsoft 365 Adoption Specialist. You will help colleagues maximize value from Microsoft 365 and Copilot and drive adoption across Teams, Outlook, SharePoint and OneDrive.

The role combines practical IT knowledge with strong communication and facilitation skills, owning adoption initiatives from idea to execution while collaborating with users, stakeholders and technical teams.

Qualifications

Solid practical experience in IT, digital workplace and Microsoft 365
Experience in user enablement, training or change management
Ability to explain technology to business and technical stakeholders in simple terms

Responsibilities

Identify practical Microsoft 365 and Copilot use cases from user needs
Drive adoption through onboarding, workshops, hands-on sessions, follow-up and stakeholder engagement
Create clear adoption materials (quick guides, videos, checklists, communication packs)
Build and support a network of champions and super‑users across functions and sites
Use feedback and usage data to identify adoption gaps and measure progress
