Job summary

Amaris Consulting seeks an Agentic AI Specialist to design, implement, administer and govern AI agents within a Microsoft 365 ecosystem, delivering secure, scalable enterprise AI services. You will work with Copilot, Copilot Studio, Dataverse, Power Platform, Graph, SharePoint, Teams, APIs and Azure services, while ensuring governance and lifecycle management across environments.

Requirements include 5+ years in IT solution design and 2+ years with Microsoft 365 Copilot and related tools, plus

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years in IT solution design, development, or support in complex environments.
About 2 years hands-on with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Power Platform and Dataverse.
Experience designing, deploying and supporting AI agents, chatbots, or generative AI tools.
Familiarity with Microsoft Graph, SharePoint, Teams, APIs and Azure services.
Knowledge of agentic AI, governance, lifecycle, security and responsible AI practices.
English fluent with strong communication in multicultural teams.

Responsibilities

Design, build, test, deploy, and support AI agents using Microsoft 365 stack.
Administer Copilot 365, Copilot Studio, Power Platform environments, Dataverse, connectors and gateways.
Define governance standards for naming, testing, publishing, monitoring and retirement.
Manage agent configuration, permissions, lifecycle, monitoring and catalog maintenance.
Integrate AI agents with Graph, SharePoint, Teams, APIs and Azure services.
Provide second- and third-line support for Copilot and AI-agent issues.
Create operational docs, runbooks, FAQs and administrator guides.
Coordinate escalations with Microsoft and partners to improve platform operations.
