Arla Foods A.m.b.a is seeking an experienced IT professional to join the End User Devices - Microsoft 365 Product Team as a Microsoft 365 Adoption Specialist. You will help colleagues across Arla get more value from Microsoft 365 and Copilot, turning technology into smarter and more effective ways of working.

You will work with users, stakeholders and technical teams to identify practical use cases, drive adoption and support change across tools such as Copilot, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint and

Qualifications

• Solid practical IT experience in Microsoft 365, user enablement and change management.
• Ability to explain technology to business and technical stakeholders in simple terms.
• Experience running onboarding, trainings or adoption initiatives from idea to execution.

Responsibilities

• Identify and translate user needs into practical M365 and Copilot use cases.
• Lead onboarding, workshops, hands-on sessions and follow-ups with stakeholders.
• Create clear adoption materials, quick guides and checklists.
• Build and support a network of champions and super-users.
• Use feedback and usage data to close adoption gaps and improve approaches.
