Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Microsoft 365 Copilot strategist to lead the vision, readiness, deployment, and adoption of AI-powered productivity across a national retail organization in Canada.

You will define the Copilot roadmap, ensure data governance readiness, build organizational capability, and drive measurable business value by bridging corporate teams and frontline workers within a mature Microsoft ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with M365 at enterprise scale.
• Deep understanding of governance, DLP, Purview and permissions models.
• Knowledge of licensing for M365 Copilot and roadmap literacy.
• Proven ability to translate business goals into Copilot capabilities.

We are seeking a Microsoft 365 Copilot strategist and hands-on SME to lead the vision, readiness, deployment, and adoption of AI-powered productivity across a national retail organization in Canada.
