Job summary

ROJAHN CONSULTING is seeking a Field Sales Representative (m/f/d) in Poland to actively drive sales and market development for a premium medical product portfolio. You will build trust with hospitals, manage key accounts, and report to the international sales team.

Ideal candidates have proven sales or product specialist experience with medical devices, strong relationship skills, and fluency in Polish and English for daily international communication.

Qualifications

• Proven sales or product specialist background in medical devices.
• Experience in hospital environment or clinics is a plus.
• Fluency in Polish and English for international communication.

Responsibilities

• Support all sales and marketing activities for our medical product range.
• Promote premium products to existing clients and manage both current and new relationships to achieve sales targets.
• Represent the company at conferences, medical congresses, and trade shows.
• Collaborate with an international sales team and report to the Business Unit Manager.
