Job summary

Arrow Global Components (AGC) in Gdańsk, Poland, is seeking a Material Planning Associate to support Sales and Material Planning teams. You will own the full order lifecycle, coordinate with customers and suppliers, and manage backlog to ensure timely delivery and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• German language skills are advantageous but not required.
• MS Office proficiency.
• Customer service or sales experience.
• Strong ownership and accountability.
• Clear communication and coordination abilities.
• Customer oriented attitude and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Order-to-invoice ownership from order entry to invoicing and delivery confirmation.
• Provide responsive after-sales support via phone and email to customers and suppliers.
• Maintain high accuracy in order processing, updates and data quality.
• Monitor and resolve backlog alerts to prevent service issues.
• Process backlog changes requested by customers, managing expectations and timelines.
• Collaborate with Sales, Asset and Material Planning teams to align priorities.
• Drive on-time delivery in line with customer commitments and Arrow goals.
• Build trust through proactive updates and reliable follow-through.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
