Flowable is a leading provider of intelligent process and case automation solutions. Flowable is looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to design, build and run the systems, data and processes that let marketing plan, execute and prove its contribution to pipeline.

You will lead how the team adopts AI and automation, and work with Sales, Product and IT, Pardot and Salesforce integrations, data quality, and governance to drive results across campaigns, events and ABM.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in marketing operations, ideally in B2B SaaS with enterprise sales cycles.
• Hands-on Pardot (Account Engagement) experience: programs, list imports, segmentation, forms, scoring and automations.
• Hands-on experience working in Salesforce as a marketer, with a solid grasp of leads, contacts, campaigns and opportunities.
• A track record of building marketing ops infrastructure, not just operating it: a scoring model, a lifecycle, an automation or a reporting layer you designed from scratch.
• Experience building reporting and dashboards that leadership trusts and uses.
• A clear point of view on funnel design: lifecycle stages, scoring, attribution and SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Funnel & lead operations: manage lead lifecycle, scoring, routing, SLA rules, data quality and database health.
• Campaign & GTM operations: set up campaigns, events, ABM, nurturing and product launches; manage website ops.
• Performance & analytics: own marketing performance framework; deliver monthly/quarterly pipeline reports.
• AI & automation: lead AI adoption, build workflows that reduce manual ops and enable best practices.
• Planning, governance & tooling: manage budget, roadmap, tooling access and GDPR initiatives.
• Working with Salesforce: collaborate with Salesforce owner, own Pardot platform, write specs and test changes.
