Job summary

FLYPS is seeking an experienced Operations professional to translate leadership priorities into actionable plans. You will drive cross-functional initiatives, align owners, track milestones, and ensure deadlines are met across the organization.

You will identify blockers, optimize processes, and introduce tools that support growth, with a strong emphasis on data-driven briefs and practical AI-driven automation.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations or leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Ability to identify priorities and manage multiple workstreams.
• Confidence coordinating teams, challenging assumptions, and holding people accountable without direct reporting authority.
• Persistent follow-through - proactively chase responses, raise blockers, and drive topics to completion.
• Strong problem-solving and ownership - spot gaps, take initiative, and exercise independent judgment.
• Experience implementing processes that teams use in practice.
• Confidence working with data, preparing recommendations for leadership, and handling sensitive information.
• Practical skills in documentation tools, spreadsheets, and AI; experience with Make, n8n, or Zapier is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Translate leadership priorities into actionable plans with clear owners, milestones, and deadlines.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives on behalf of leadership, aligning department owners and coordinating execution.
• Track progress and deadlines, flag risks and competing priorities, follow up on commitments, and hold owners accountable for results.
• Identify stalled work or missing ownership, resolve blockers, and drive issues to completion.
• Improve operational processes, clarify responsibilities and decision-making, and introduce structures and tools that support company growth.
• Prepare concise decision briefs and recommendations using relevant data, options, and trade-offs.
• Build a practical company knowledge base with clear ownership for keeping procedures, checklists, and instructions up to date.
• Reduce manual, repetitive, or inefficient work using AI and simple automation where they add value.
