Job summary

MM Coaching Limited seeks a results-driven Marketing Operations lead to own weekly dashboards, reporting, and campaign workflows. You will coordinate landing page builds, email automations, and editor workflows, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery across GoHighLevel, ClickFunnels and ActiveCampaign.

The role requires proactive automation using Claude/AI tools and strong English writing. You will manage the video editor pool, maintain processes, and report to the Head of Growth while shaping

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a marketing operations, campaign operations or funnel-build role, ideally in online coaching, course or DR business, or an agency serving them.
• Built and maintained a ClickUp workspace that others relied on.
• Built pages in GoHighLevel or ClickFunnels and sequences in ActiveCampaign (or Klaviyo or HubSpot).
• Noticed numbers that don’t add up and avoid sending mistakes.
• Owned recurring tasks like weekly reports for over a year without reminders.
• Taught yourself the hardest tool you use; adaptable and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Own the weekly marketing dashboard and reports; monitor spend, CPA, ROAS, and ad launches across platforms.
• Manage ClickUp workspace: pipeline, statuses, dashboards, templates, intake from Slack; write procedures and naming conventions.
• Oversee QA/checks of ads and emails before Head of Growth review; track launches and timing.
• Build landing pages and funnel pages in GoHighLevel or ClickFunnels; design email sequences in ActiveCampaign and set up automations.
• Manage video editors: briefs, turnaround targets, onboarding, and freelancer coordination; ensure smooth approval flow.
• Keep Head of Growth informed: calendars, access, subscriptions; automate repeatable tasks using Claude/ChatGPT.
• Ensure marketing ops deliverables are on time and scalable; identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency.
