Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on Account Management or client-facing experience
• Experience managing client relationships, delivering digital strategies, and working on performance-driven campaigns
• Solid digital marketing expertise with SEO, paid media, social media, email marketing, or content marketing

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, coordinating between the client and iLawyerMarketing
• Establish strong working relationships with clients to meet needs and expectations
• Foster collaboration between internal marketing and Sales to address inquiries and deliver strategies
• Regularly analyze client performance data using Google Analytics to track metrics
• Prepare and present monthly analytics reports with actionable insights
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to identify opportunities to improve client performance
• Provide data-driven marketing recommendations and tailored solutions
• Advise clients on marketing products and strategies aligned with business goals
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships for retention
• Proactively engage with clients to anticipate needs and prevent issues
