Solventum is seeking a Maintenance Shift Leader to oversee a maintenance team at the Wroclaw site. You will coordinate maintenance, oversee repairs, and implement improvements to ensure high equipment availability.

Ideal candidates have a strong background in mechanics, electrics, pneumatics, and SAP, with 2–3 years in a production maintenance setting. The role requires leadership and strict adherence to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Higher technical education required.
• 2–3 years in a manufacturing maintenance role.
• Experience coordinating a team or a lead role helpful.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shift activities to maintain continuous operation.
• Oversee service, maintenance, and repairs of mechanical, pneumatic, electrical systems.
• Define and implement improvements and efficiency gains for equipment.
• Provide technical support to technicians during complex faults.
• Maintain and enforce technical documentation and reporting.
• Monitor maintenance KPIs and shift performance; report accordingly.
• Conduct performance reviews and support staff development.
