Job summary

Mondelēz International in Poland seeks a senior maintenance leader to drive planning, process development and preventive maintenance within a Continuous Improvement manufacturing environment.

You will manage multi-disciplinary teams, own PM systems and centerline settings, lead R&M budgeting for the line and partner with Asset & Reliability to deliver TPM results.

This role requires deep AM/PM expertise, PDCA coaching, and the ability to develop technicians into self-sufficient operators.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of autonomous maintenance and progressive maintenance.
• Ability to lead a line and coach SWP owners across the line with PDCA.
• Develop and align goals, manage IDP and coach team performance.

Responsibilities

• Own maintenance systems and KPIs for the line.
• Develop and execute preventive maintenance plans.
• Build technical capability of technicians and drive self-sufficiency.
• Partner with Asset and Reliability teams to improve systems.
