The role emphasizes preventive and predictive maintenance, detailed SOPs, and collaboration with suppliers for new machinery integration. Candidates should hold a BSc/MSc in Mechanical Engineering, possess strong English and Polish language skills, and demonstrate strategic thinking along with advanced troubleshooting

Qualifications

• BSc or MSc in Mechanical Engineering or similar fields.
• Experience in modern Operations Management principles (Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma).
• Knowledge of an example driven management of the shop floor (5S).
• Good command of English (written and oral) and Polish.

Responsibilities

• Ensure installation, maintenance, repair or replacement of plant equipment adheres to safety standards and regulations.
• Develop maintenance procedures, SOPs and WI for safe work environment and maximum equipment reliability.
• Review operation of plant equipment to minimize unplanned downtime and identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop and implement maintenance program based on preventive/predictive maintenance with detailed step-by-step plans.
• Calibrate, validate and maintain electromechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
