Job summary

Molex in Poland is seeking a Warehouse Shift Leader to oversee loading, unloading, and the resin feeding area, ensuring safe and efficient operations. You will lead a multi-shift team of supervisors, operators and warehouse staff, plan schedules, monitor performance, and ensure inventory accuracy while upholding quality, health, and safety standards.

The role requires secondary education, experience as a warehouse shift leader, fluent English, and knowledge of warehouse management, ITAF and VDA

Qualifications

• Secondary education
• Experience as a Warehouse shift leader
• English knowledge at a communicative level
• Good knowledge of the principles of warehouse management
• Knowledge about ITAF and VDA standards
• Good time management and prioritization

Responsibilities

• Supervise loading and unloading processes
• Manage equipment in the resins feeding area
• Manage component issuance and finished product receipt area
• Manage unpacking, cleaning of components, and packing of finished products
• Lead and motivate warehouse team to achieve daily goals
• Create and manage shift schedules
• Manage a multi-shift team of leaders, operators and warehouse employees
• Plan shift staffing, vacations, coverage and workforce requirements
• Ensure allocation of responsibilities and compliance with work standards
• Monitor performance and provide feedback
• Oversee receipt, storage and dispatch of goods for inventory accuracy
• Train new employees and provide ongoing training
• Prepare and submit reports on shift activities
• Address issues or discrepancies during shifts
• Maintain cleanliness and order at the workstation
• Promote PBM rules and safety practices
• Ensure compliance with Quality, Safety, Environmental and Fire safety systems
• Follow Koch Code of Conduct and related documents
