Job summary

Lyten Poland is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead the production team on the shop floor and drive safety, quality, and efficiency. You will deliver the production plan per shift, ensure a strong safety and quality culture, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the line.

The role demands 5+ years in manufacturing, leadership potential, and readiness for a 4‑shift system. Experience with MES/ERP systems and Lean/Kaizen methods is highly valued, with opportunities for development

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in manufacturing operations with shopfloor processes
• Proven leadership experience in production environments
• Willingness to work in a 4-shift continuous production system
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities
• Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma knowledge is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead production team and oversee daily operations on your shift
• Ensure safety, quality, delivery, and productivity targets are met
• Plan and prioritize shift activities for optimal resource usage
• Conduct safety walks, risk assessments and promote safe practices
• Escalate equipment issues and coordinate with maintenance and engineering teams
• Oversee EOL testing and ensure products meet quality standards
• Drive OEE improvements and waste reduction initiatives
• Lead shift handovers and report KPIs accurately
• Support development of work instructions and production standards
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Quality, Warehouse, Planning and other teams
