Job summary

Lyten Poland Sp. z o. o is hiring a Shift Supervisor to lead the production team and drive safety, quality, and on-time delivery. You will manage shift execution, coordinate with maintenance and engineering, and champion continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The role emphasizes people development, 5S, and World Class Manufacturing principles, with responsibilities across safety, quality, and KPI reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing operations with leadership experience.
• Secondary or vocational technical education required; engineering degree is an advantage.
• Willingness to work in a 4-shift continuous production system.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing production team with a strong safety and quality culture.
• Plan and prioritize shift activities to maximize people, materials, and equipment use.
• Own production plan execution and achieve shift targets safely and with quality.
• Conduct shopfloor walks, safety observations, and risk assessments.
• Escalate equipment issues and coordinate with Maintenance and Production Engineering to minimize downtime.
• Ensure battery system assembly meets defined quality standards and complete EOL testing.
• Drive OEE improvement and support loss elimination initiatives.
• Report production, material usage, and scrap data in MES/ERP systems.
