Job summary

The role requires a higher technical degree, 2–3 years of managerial experience, and proficiency in SAP. English at B1+ level or higher is required.

Qualifications

• Higher technical education is required.
• 2-3 years of experience in managing a Maintenance Department.
• Good knowledge of technical drawing.
• Analytical approach to problem-solving.
• Knowledge of mechanics, mechatronics, and electronics.
• Familiarity with the SAP system.
• Ability to work under time pressure and respond quickly to changes.
• English language skills at B1+ level or higher.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating the work of the Maintenance Department team.
• Supervising the maintenance of the machinery park.
• Planning schedules for inspections, repairs, and maintenance.
• Ensuring consistency of machinery and equipment documentation.
• Monitoring and reporting maintenance performance indicators.
• Supervising maintenance costs.
• Participating in new implementations and investments.
• Collaborating with service providers or external companies.
• Reporting and accounting for undertaken activities.
