Job summary

Seargin is seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Support Engineer to take ownership of enterprise M365 administration, security, governance, compliance, and platform optimization. The role blends hands-on troubleshooting, architectural design, automation, and leadership in a 24×7 support environment.

You will lead RCA, implement permanent fixes across Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams, design security and policy frameworks, and develop PowerShell/Graph automation.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of hands-on enterprise Microsoft 365 administration
• Expert knowledge of M365 security, governance, compliance, and tenant architecture
• Strong administration of Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and Microsoft Purview
• Advanced Power Platform expertise, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse
• Strong PowerShell and Microsoft Graph automation skills
• Solid Entra ID (Azure AD) knowledge, including Conditional Access, MFA, identity governance, and authentication
• Experience with RCA, complex troubleshooting, and permanent issue resolution
• Experience working in a 24×7 rotational support model
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to mentor and guide L1/L2 support teams

Responsibilities

• Lead complex RCA and implement permanent fixes across Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams
• Design and enforce security, governance, and compliance frameworks
• Manage Conditional Access, DLP, retention, sensitivity labels, and tenant-wide policies
• Architect and implement M365 platform improvements
• Develop advanced PowerShell/Graph automation for administration, reporting, and operations
• Troubleshoot complex Power Automate and Dataverse issues
• Optimize Power Apps for performance, security, and governance
• Support CoE, DLP, ALM, and solution lifecycle initiatives
• Provide architectural guidance on Power Platform environments and data design
• Implement automation and monitoring to improve platform reliability
• Collaborate with architects and service owners on technical decisions
• Mentor L1/L2 teams and improve operational processes through documentation and knowledge sharing
• Support decision-making, resource allocation, team coordination, and task prioritization as required
