Job summary
Simon-Kucher is seeking a Senior M365 SharePoint & Power Platform Specialist to join the IT Infrastructure & Operations team in Poland, Warsaw or fully remote. You will provide senior hands-on expertise across SharePoint Online, Power Automate, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive and the broader Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
You will work closely with the M365 IT Service Lead to shape governance, architecture, and reliable solutions in an international setting.
Qualifications
- 5+ years hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, including SharePoint Online and Power Platform technologies.
- Proven experience delivering and supporting Microsoft 365 solutions with strong governance, identity and permissions knowledge.
- Experience with Graph, REST APIs, PowerShell and at least one of Azure Functions, Logic Apps, JavaScript/TypeScript, C#/.NET, SPFx or custom connectors.
Responsibilities
- Provide senior technical expertise across SharePoint Online, Power Automate, Teams, OneDrive and related Microsoft 365 services.
- Maintain and improve the technical health of our Microsoft 365 environment, including architecture, configuration and lifecycle planning.
- Design and develop Microsoft 365 and Power Platform solutions and integrations; ensure production readiness and operational support.
