Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Architect to join our team in Poznań, Poland. You will focus on documentation, governance and knowledge transfer across the M365 service stack, helping ensure smooth transition and operational readiness.

You will structure knowledge, define standards, and enable collaboration between technical teams and business stakeholders, while maintaining governance across identity, security and collaboration workloads.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Architect, SME, Senior Engineer or Consultant in Microsoft 365 environments.
• Strong expertise in M365 services and enterprise environments.
• Proven experience in technical and service documentation creation.
• Familiarity with IT processes, governance models and service operations.
• Ability to structure knowledge and work with distributed teams.
• Experience in knowledge transfer, training, or onboarding activities.
• Fluent communication in German and English.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills across technical and business roles.

Responsibilities

• Support transition and operational readiness by structuring knowledge, defining standards and enabling collaboration between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Create and standardize technical and operational documentation for M365.
• Define governance across M365 workloads (identity, collaboration, security).
• Collaborate with SMEs across domains to ensure correctness and governance.
• Maintain documentation repositories (e.g., SharePoint) and ensure version control.
• Support knowledge transfer activities, including training and handover to operations teams.
