Job summary

TEKsystems in Warsaw, Poland seeks a SharePoint Online SME to lead governance, migration, and automation across the Microsoft 365 platform. You will configure the SharePoint Online tenant, develop PowerShell scripts, and ensure compliance with information barriers in a global enterprise environment.

The role requires strong English communication, hands-on XP with enterprise SharePoint, and experience driving tenant configurations and On-Prem to Online migrations.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant Microsoft 365 and SharePoint XP in enterprise environments.
• Strong hands-on XP with SharePoint Online tenant configuration and administration.
• Demonstrated PowerShell scripting and automation capability.
• XP designing and implementing SharePoint governance configuration.
• Practical XP configuring Information Barriers.
• Proven SharePoint on-premises to SharePoint Online migration XP.
• Knowledge of OneDrive desktop client deployment, policy management, and GPO identification.

Responsibilities

• Administer and configure the enterprise SharePoint Online tenant, including service settings and operational controls.
• Design, implement, and maintain SharePoint governance standards, policies, and configuration documentation.
• Configure and validate Information Barriers and related Microsoft 365 compliance controls.
• Develop PowerShell scripts and automation to improve repeatability, reporting, and operational efficiency.
• Plan and support SharePoint on-premises to SharePoint Online migration activities, including assessment, testing, execution, and remediation.
• Identify, assess, and document OneDrive desktop client Group Policy Object (GPO) settings and configuration requirements.
• Troubleshoot SharePoint Online and OneDrive issues and coordinate resolution with relevant global teams and vendors.
• Provide technical guidance, knowledge transfer, and clear documentation for support and service management teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Hong Kong, Japan, India, and other regions using clear business English.
• Support project change, testing, deployment, risk tracking, and status reporting activities.
