Job summary

Fujitsu invites you to join our Remote Infrastructure team as a MS Exchange Engineer responsible for supporting Exchange Online and on-premises environments across multiple clients. You will administer Microsoft 365 services, Entra ID (Azure AD), SSO, and Conditional Access, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure service levels and continuous improvement.

You will work within the Remote Infrastructure Department, emphasizing learning, ITIL practices, and delivering reliable, secure

Qualifications

Experience supporting Microsoft Exchange Online and/or on‑premises environments.
Working knowledge of PowerShell and scripts modification.
Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
Experience with Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).
Understanding of modern identity and access management concepts (MFA, SSO, Conditional Access).
Customer-focused mindset with excellent relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

Administer and support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Viva Engage.
Manage Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) including SSO, MFA, CA, and identity synchronization.
Maintain and support hybrid and on‑premises Exchange environments (Exchange SE).
Handle service requests, changes, and platform improvements.
