Job summary

Accenture Strategy's Global Network, M&A and Private Equity Consulting team seeks a senior proactive advisor to shape and execute complex transactions across Europe. You will guide pre-deal screening, due diligence, Day 1 readiness, integration/separation, and portfolio value creation with cross-functional teams.

The role requires deep M&A experience, senior stakeholder management, and the ability to translate insights into executive recommendations within fast-paced deal environments.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Functional M&A or Tech/IT M&A with leadership in due diligence, integration, or value creation.
• Experience delivering post-deal programs including Day 1 readiness and TSA transitions.
• Strong ability to translate complex analysis into executive-level recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support multi-workstream M&A and PE engagements across pre-deal to value creation stages.
• Develop structured workplans, deliverables, and client-ready recommendations.
• Coordinate IMO/SMO governance, RAID, steering cadence, and executive reporting.
