EY-Parthenon in Warsaw seeks an IT M&A Director to lead technology-focused deal advisory within the Transaction Technology team. You will guide sell-side and buy-side IT considerations across the transaction lifecycle, from due diligence to post-merger integration.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in managing complex M&A projects
• Strong client-facing consulting attitude and interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and oral communication in English and Polish
• Ability to analyze data and synthesize insights effectively

Responsibilities

• Act as a true team leader of EY Technology M&A team in Warsaw
• Drive business development and build relationships with clients and EY stakeholders
• Manage IT-related M&A projects end-to-end from due diligence to Day 1 prep and carve-out/ post-merger integration
• Mentor technology consultants and lead teams through engagements
